The make-up cartridge is not seated correctly. |
Shut down the printer, remove the MUM, empty some make-up from the MUM and refit the MUM. Or, fit a new MUM.

The vent is blocked. |
Shut down the printer, remove the MUM, empty some make-up from the MUM and refit the MUM:
Check the vent for any blockages, clean as necessary. |

The printer has been moved to a different location with the ink and/or make-up cartridges fitted. |
Shut down the printer, remove the MUM, empty some make-up from the MUM and refit the MUM.
In future, shut down the printer and remove both the ink and make-up cartridges before moving the printer. |

The make-up level sensor calibration is incorrect. |
