DP Regional Service Manager - Eastern

Job Title: Regional Service Manager
Compensation: $125,000 - $155,000 (based on qualifications)

Position Summary
This position is responsible for playing a key role in supporting our customers, implementing a clear, value-driven service strategy which supports business growth.  The Regional Service Manager will build a high performing team and establish the field service as a world-class industry-leading asset to Domino.

Main Responsibilities/Essential Functions
  • Lead the field service function and team, including directly and indirectly managed resources
  • Formulate the field service strategy, implementation and promotion to align with global goals and to gain buy-in from key business leaders
  • Oversee performance, development and adoption of common processes as part of DP global service and support strategy
  • Ensure ServiceMax processes are followed and used to facilitate business analysis.
  • Manage customer relationships internally and externally and drive towards an excellent customer experience
  • Identify, lead and mentor talent to build a strong talent/succession pipeline
  • Know what ‘great’ looks like to be able to assess it, recruit it, develop it and motivate it
  • Establish local systems, policies and best practices in line with global needs, build culture to drive alignment and compliance
  • Create an employee-centric environment which drives productivity and customer experience.
  • Provide regular, candid feedback to own team members, establishing clear development plans.
  • Establish KPIs to measure service performance and Manage team within Opex budget and actively work to minimize waste and improve overall profit for the business, developing a culture of continuous improvement from the results
  • Support the introduction of new products, managing implementation within the service and support organization
  • Improve Customer experience
  • Increase staff motivation
  • Minimize customer downtime
  • Improve utilization by understanding return visit reasons and introducing improved processes.
  • Understand business costs and identify opportunities to refocus and minimize waste
  • Deliver Service revenue target through contracts and billable services

Supervisory Responsibilities
Oversees the daily workflow of the department as a whole

What You Need

Education & Experience
  • Technical degree required
  • At least 4 years of experience in a service leadership role
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Ability to travel

Skills & Knowledge
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Able to work with different levels of employees/customers
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel; PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and ask for help when necessary

Physical Demands
  • Light work. Light work involves exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a small amount of force constantly to move objects. Pushing, pulling, stooping, reaching, gross/fine manipulation, driving, kneeling, crawling, and climbing may be required. Physical demand requirements are more than those for Sedentary Work.

  • Chemical hazards - solvents, adhesives, paints, toxic dusts, among other potentially toxic fumes or acids
