Check the Printhead to Print Surface Distance
To check the distance:
- Measure the distance between the bottom of the printhead and the print surface.
- If possible, position the printhead to the recommended distance away from the print surface as described in the table below.

The nozzle diameter of the printer can be found on the TouchScreen by selecting Home > Setup > System information and viewing the Nozzle diameter (μm) value. |

- On the TouchScreen, select Home > Setup > Production line setup > Print trigger.
- Scroll down to the Throw distance (mm) setting and select it.
- Enter the actual distance between the bottom of the printhead and the print surface.
- Select the green Tick icon.
