Wear protective equipment such as gloves and glasses when near the printer.

Physical contact with printer ink or make-up can cause skin or eye damage.

CAUTION

Wrong ink type. Risk of damage to ink system.
General Warning.png   If the incorrect ink cartridge has been fitted, switch off the printer immediately and contact your local support office.

Step 1

Check the Ink Cartridge

To check the printer's ink cartridge:
  1. Open the printer cabinet door.

  2. Observe the ink type that is printed on the ink cartridge label.
