Cans are suspended by an innovative product handling system. The vacuum bridge takes cans from the conveyor and places them in the ideal position for coding, reducing the risk of faulty codes caused by conveyor vibrations and movements. This also eliminates the need for can twisters or additional guides, simplifies changeovers, and enhances the integrity of the can. All this while matching production speeds of over 100.000 cans per hour.

But this system can also help you to reduce waste and cuts costs by discarding only empty cans when errors occur. BECCS also saves valuable labor time by eliminating the need to manage full-can errors, which previously involved moving, emptying, and recycling heavy loads.
