About the role
Reporting into and supporting the Coordinator of the area, you will play a key part of the Warehouse and Despatch team. You will have a sound understanding of key despatch activities required to meet the needs of our internal and external customers, ensuring that quality and service levels are met within the required timescales.

About you

Previous experience within a warehouse function within a manufacturing environment

Excellent customer service skills, understanding the needs of key internal and external customers

Great communication skills, with the ability to understand and solve problems, show empathy with internal and external customer issues and liaise confidently with all team members where appropriate

Confident to work independently as well as part of a team, seeking assistance as and when appropriate

Flexible and adaptable to react to unexpected tasks or customer demand

IT Literate with knowledge of using both Oracle and Microsoft programmes, inc. 365, Word and Excel

Previous experience of Oracle ERP system and a Warehouse Management System or similar is desirable
Background Checks
Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate will need to complete background checks including a DBS check and 5 years’ employment/educational references - these will need to be completed before the successful candidate can start the role.
