About the role
Reporting into and supporting the Coordinator of the area, you will play a key part of the Warehouse and Despatch team. You will have a sound understanding of key despatch activities required to meet the needs of our internal and external customers, ensuring that quality and service levels are met within the required timescales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders for shipping, providing accurate documentation in accordance with relevant legislation, company, customer and carrier requirements
  • Receive and book goods in to correct locations in an accurate and timely manner, liaising with intercompany and planning teams for any discrepancies or quality issues
  • Process, pick and pack orders of ink in an accurate and timely manner in order to achieve on time delivery targets
  • Maintain stock to agreed levels and ensure accuracy through regular counts, escalating any issues where appropriate
  • Highlight and escalate stock discrepancies to the management team
  • Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping in all areas.
  • Ensure Health and Safety policies and procedures are always adhered to
  • Undertake all tasks as required in accordance with standard Domino working practices and quality procedure
  • Carry out any other reasonable duty as requested by Manufacturing Coordinator
About you
You will have experience of working within a similar environment. You will a great communicator and have the ability to work autonomously and be flexible and adaptable to working in a demanding and challenging environment. You should be passionate about our customers, people and processes with a strong desire to continuously develop and improve manufacturing processes within a challenging working environment.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and education gained through experience of working in a similar environment
  • Safety first attitude
  • Excellent organisational skills; a real self-starter
  • Positive, can-do and friendly attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, across all channels, liaising with internal and external stakeholders of all levels across the business
  • Excellent IT skills – Word, Excel PowerPoint, SharePoint, Smartsheet
  • Experience in lean or six sigma is desirable
Aviation Security
Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate will need Aviation Security Clearance.  Therefore Aviation Background checks as specified by the Civil Aviation Authority - including a DBS check and 5 years’ employment/educational references - will need to be completed before the successful candidate can start the role.
