About the role

In this temporary role (up to 6 months) you will be working within the Trade Compliance Department providing administrative support and assistance to the team.  Your main responsibilities will include accurate submission of licence applications, liaison with customers, carriers and customs brokers, accurate export record keeping including commercial documents, such as summary declarations, customs declarations, invoices, cargo manifests, transport and other shipping documents.

About you

We are looking for an ambitious individual, exceptionally organised, and self-motivated. Previous experience of working withing Trade Compliance environment is not essential as the training will be provided. This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to extend their administrative skills as well as build some knowledge of Trade Compliance. If you enjoy working with data, have a great attention to detail and a good eye for process improvement, this role is just for you!
