About the role

  • Design and develop training material for Domino Products and Solutions, facilitating deliverables globally from Basic to advanced levels with set objectives.
  • To excel in delivering training programmes, for Domino products and solutions.
  • Support, deliver commercial and technical training requirements of Domino Channels globally
  • Identify and promote opportunities for delivering “Best Practices” i.e. working methods and practices (continuous improvement)
  • Ongoing evaluation and introduction of new and innovative training methods.     
  • Proactively liaise with and manage Internal/External customers and constantly review and update changes or enhancements for the training and associated documentation to ensure information is current and correct.
  • Arrange for the maintenance and preparation of all necessary equipment and materials for the effective delivery and measurement of training.
  • Organising training administration, to include, but not exclusively, venue, equipment, logistics, materials and booking/allocating personnel to achieve efficient training outcomes.
  • Demonstrate effective time management of all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant Domino and statutory policies including health and safety (by ensuring safe working practices within your area of responsibility).
  • Proactively develop self to maintain knowledge in relevant fields and ensure that you are acquiring the latest product information at all times.
  • Ensure training is measured by using standardised processes and act on feedback provided.
  • Where relevant, provide feedback is to the relevant channel or customer.
  • Promote qualities of the product including current and future development.
  • Actively participate in projects that have a direct and indirect impact on training needs.

This role can be located remotely and we welcome applications from colleagues within any of our Domino locations. Candidates will need flexibility to travel on occasions as appropriate.

About you
  • Professional manner with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to deliver training in a confident and personal manner
  • Enthusiasm and drive with the desire to broaden both self and trainees’ knowledge and experience
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own time, a self-starter working with minimum supervision
  • Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
  • An experienced trainer, ideally with accreditation in training and an engineering background
  • Relish new challenges and objectives and take the lead where appropriate
  • National and international travel is an essential requirement
