About the role

 

Working for the UK Sales and Service Channel and part of the wider UK Marketing team, this is a part-time (20 hours p/w), fixed term contract (12 months) role within the Sales Operations Team.

The position is responsible for the day-to-day management of aftermarket enquiries and orders, managing returns and handling escalated aftermarket queries. You will utilise your expertise and listening skills to collaborate with colleagues and customers to provide excellent service. Support the growth of customer lifetime profitability, take responsibility, and show ambition to contribute to a customer success focused culture.

Key Activities include:

  • Own and process Aftermarket and various enquiry queues in Salesforce.com
  • Provide phone support for customer enquiries and orders.
  • Manage escalated aftermarket queries through to resolution via case management in CRM system (e.g., Salesforce.com).
  • Review and handle queries in relation to BuyDomino (online ordering platform).
  • Identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with interested parties to agree changes prior to implementation.
  • Understand the warranty and RMA (returns) process and administrate through the relevant CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce).
  • Learn and provide backup support to Sales Operations, such as print sample processing and capital equipment order management.

Full training will be provided on our systems, however, the ideal candidate will have:
