About the Role
Location: This role can be based in any country that Domino has an entity, including the UK, Spain, Mexico, India and Benelux.
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Analyst for a fixed-term contract until April 2027 to drive the optimisation of our end-to-end finance transformation initiatives within our dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation across all areas of finance and our wider business process.
As the recognised subject matter expert, you’ll partner with stakeholders across finance and business teams to deliver impactful improvements and ensure seamless system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Finance & EPM modules
- Optimise end-to-end finance processes, enhancing contract management, supplier onboarding, purchase order processing, invoice matching, and vendor performance.
- Act as the key liaison between business and technical teams, translating requirements into effective system solutions across projects and BAU.
- Serve as first-line support for end-users, resolving functional issues, performing root cause analysis, and managing system-related tickets.
- Lead system upgrades, patching, and enhancements while ensuring stability and efficiency.
- Provide training and mentorship, building wider expertise in Oracle Finance & EPM modules.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between across Fusion, EPM and third-party systems.
- Support testing, data migration, synchronisation, and reconciliation activities.
About You
You are a skilled Oracle professional with deep expertise in the Source-to-Pay lifecycle and a proven ability to optimise processes, solve problems, and collaborate across business and technical teams.
You will bring:
- Experience configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Finance modules; knowledge of Oracle EBS is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of key finance processes, including Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across business and technical teams.
- Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders, from senior leaders to developers.
- Oracle Cloud certification in one or more Finance modules (desirable).
- Experience with Oracle Source-to-Pay solutions (desirable).
- SQL knowledge for data analysis and querying (desirable).
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies (desirable).
- Proficiency in OTBI and BI Publisher reporting tools (desirable).
