About the role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our fast paced, dynamic business based at our Gurgaon site.
You will take ownership of projects involving development of electro-mechanical solutions as per customer requirements.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Understand customer requirements & prepare specifications
- Ensure inhouse testing and validation
- Collaborate with people across various functions for understanding requirements at customer sites
- Identify, initiate and manage improvement projects
- Ensure that all documentation is updated for newly developed/upgraded projects
About you
You will have a wealth of experience within a similar environment. You should be passionate about customers, people and processes with a strong desire to continuously develop and improve the solutions to be delivered to customers.
You will be able to demonstrate supervision of projects including resource and budgetary management and will have excellent communication skills with the ability to understand and solve problems, liaising with all levels of internal stakeholders in the business.
Essential Requirement
You should have a degree in Electronics/Instrumentation engineering with 3-5 years of experience as Project Engineer in Automation industry. Hands-on knowledge of PLC, Software scripting, programming language of C++, dot net would be preferred.
