Key Responsibilities

The person will be responsible to collect payments within agreed payment terms, processicustomer orders through ERP to deliver excellent customer experience.

Who should apply?

The candidates with strong desire to make successful career in Customer Support, build and maintain good relations with internal and external customers. Graduate with at least 60% marks with 2-4 years of experience in handling  customer interactions and support. 

Desired Experience/Knowledge

It is desirable to have experience of working on ERP such as Oracle. Verbal proficiency of English, Hindi and any regional language such as Bengali , Marathi or Tamil is mandatory.
