Printing on snack cartons

The premium end of the snack market requires clarity and high resolution from its codes

The porosity of card means it's vital to print traceability codes in high resolution, mitigating any risk of smudging. To achieve the high resolution required, Domino offers both Thermal Inkjet and Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) printing. With our Ax-Series of CIJ printers, we've raised the bar on what can be achieved.

The Ax-Series utilises food-grade quality ink – vital to prevent migration and taint through porous card – that is quick drying and clear in every application. Boxes can be stacked immediately, and codes are stable throughout the lifetime of the product. Our printers are easy to set up and use, giving manufacturers great flexibility to switch between product and packs, and the high IP66 rating of the Ax-Series means they can be washed down on the production line. Their light weight also make them easy to move wherever they are needed.

Our easy to use, flexible and scalable software and service products are easy to integrate with all coding and labelling technologies. From a fully featured, free of change Label Editor to a range of powerful automation modules.
