About the role
We’re looking for a skilled and adaptable Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a complex new product development project within our dynamic and fast-paced environment.
In this crucial role, you’ll take full accountability for driving outcomes across our New Product Development project portfolio. With a strong focus on people and collaboration, you’ll apply proven project management practices and our established governance frameworks to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

This is a 12-month, fixed term contact where you will lead the delivery of a new product development project, being accountable for on-plan delivery. To achieve this, you will:
 
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the project across multiple teams and locations.
  • Demonstrate effective management of stakeholders through proactive and regular communication.
  • Ensure effective project management delivery by using the most appropriate tools and techniques to drive on-plan delivery.
  • Ensure project transparency by using appropriate tools, techniques and methodologies, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the information that they need when they need it.
  • Ensure that project governance requirements are met whilst ensuring that the team foster an agile mindset.
  • Monitor execution performance, identifying and implementing corrective actions where needed.
  • Facilitate project teams to promote alignment and effective collaboration between colleagues.
  • Be the voice of the project ensuring that the team remain focused on delivering the desired project outcomes through the identification, escalation and removal of project risks and blockers.
This is a hybrid role with adhoc in-office presence required, based on project needs and team collaboration.

We’re looking for someone with strong project management skills and a pragmatic, results-driven mindset - someone who can drive progress, navigate challenges, and motivate cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for a proactive leader seeking a new challenge within a supportive and committed team environment.

The successful candidate will have:
  • Proven performance in the successful delivery of projects within a cross functional, international team environment.
  • Detailed knowledge of common project management toolsets and methodologies to drive visibility, engagement and efficient project execution. You should be able to tailor these and apply them pragmatically.
  • Demonstrated ability to keep projects on, maintaining momentum by balancing process with delivery pace.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes and value at pace.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly when operating with ambiguity or under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex issues for diverse audiences.
