CAUSE

REMEDY

The product detect sensor is too far away from the printhead.

If possible, move and set up the product detect sensor closer to the printhead to avoid the next product being detected before the current print is complete. A distance of 30 mm is recommended:

If it is not possible to move the printhead, adjust the product queue depth setting:

False print triggers from the product detect sensor.

Increase the product detect persistence value:

Faulty product detect sensor.

Replace the product detect sensor. Contact your local support office.
