Domino’s N610i Integration module, which is based on Domino’s proven Generation 6 technology with approaching 1,000 installations, has been designed with a simple universal interface, enabling it to be easily integrated into your preferred flexo printing press. Hybrid label press systems combine digital with analogue printing and finishing capability such as flexo printing, die-cutting, foiling, varnishing, laminating, all within a single efficient process.

The Domino digital hybrid label press is ideal for multiple SKU production where only the digital image element changes with each SKU, so the whole job can be printed without stopping the line, improving efficiency and reducing set-up waste. Hybrid printing systems are also ideal for simpler jobs with just die cut, lamination and varnishing, and jobs that do not have long complex set-up for finishing requirements that would otherwise impact digital productivity.

Multiple flexo printing press and finishing suppliers have successfully integrated the N610i Integration Module into their lines. These include A B Graphics International, CEI, Delta Modtech, Edale, Feldbaum + Vogt, Grafotronic, Lombardi, MPS, Multitec, Rotocontrol, Spande as well as others, such as Mark Andy and Xeikon, under their own brand names.

This digital hybrid label press system incorporates all the same leading-edge automation provided as standard with the N610i label press, including Domino’s renowned intelligent Technology for enhanced flexibility and reliability. The industry standard ESKO Digital Front End and JDF/JMF support provide streamlined workflow integration.

Both Domino UV90 and the UV95 provide excellent mechanical properties even without varnishing. Our unique high opacity double white printing at 50m/min (164ft/min) is commonly used to substitute less reliable screen printing.

Domino-manufactured UV92 & UV95 ink sets

• Excellent adhesion: Designed to provide excellent ink adhesion with high resistance to hot and cold temperatures, sunlight, and abrasion – maintaining excellent print quality through the life of the final product.
• High opacity white: Dual-bar white provides high-quality print of up to 72% opacity, producing a screen-like, high-impact appearance with the operational flexibility of a digital process.
• Non-direct food packaging compliant: Under the right conditions and where an absolute barrier is present, the TPO-free UV95 ink set is suitable for many non-direct food packaging applications and is compliant with EuPIA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
