There is dried ink in the gutter.

Clean the printhead and gutter:

The printhead is dirty.

Clean the printhead:

The ink jet is aligned incorrectly.

Check the ink jet alignment:

Contact your local support office if the ink jet is misaligned.

The nozzle is blocked.

Do the nozzle unblocking wizard:

Contact your local support office if the wizard does not unblock the nozzle.
