Ax-Series - How to Set the Product Queue Depth

The product queue depth setting enables the printer to react to more than one print trigger signal. This will enable there to be more than one product between the printhead and product detect sensor.

Step 1

Set the Product Queue Depth

To set the product queue depth:
  1. On the TouchScreen, select Home > Setup > Production line setup > Print trigger.

  2. Set the Product queue depth setting to a value that is at least 3 more than the maximum number of products that can come between the product detect sensor and printhead.
