About the role
Working as co-ordinator for the Quality Control team, you will be the first line manager for QC and raw material technicians as well as leading the response to any issues that may arise. You will also manage customer complaints and implement changes and improvements to quality control processes.
Your will ensure that raw materials, intermediate products and finished goods are tested and checked in accordance with published specifications and that appropriate action is undertaken when items do not comply.
You will also provide support for projects and continuous improvement initiatives to support the Quality Manager and the overall Domino business.
About you
You will need to be able to combine an ability to delve into the details of a problem with an ability to communicate your findings clearly and to influence manufacturing operators in order to feedback on issues found. You will need persistence to ensure that issues are resolved and that corrective actions have been implemented in full and are successful.
You will develop each member of your team in order to achieve their potential.

Aviation Security
Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate will need Aviation Security Clearance. Therefore Aviation Background checks as specified by the Civil Aviation Authority - including a DBS check and 5 years’ employment/educational references - will need to be completed before the successful candidate can start the role.
