About the role

The Domino NPI team work closely with our suppliers and R&D function to optimise the design for the manufacturing process. They also develop components and assemblies into a sales ready product offering for launch into Operations and onto our customers.
This is a 12+ months fixed term role supporting the NPI Team during the ERP implementation program. The successful candidate will gain good knowledge and skills that will position them well for a career in this or supporting departments.
This role will provide support to the Senior NPI Engineer by taking on a wide range of tactical activities such as determining optimum assembly methods and creating work instructions, managing pre-launch trial builds through production facilities as well as liaising with suppliers and ensuring supply chain alignment with production approval process, measurement, and analysis of statistical data.

About you

We are looking for a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, able to influence different stakeholders at varying levels of seniority. You must be extremely well organised and have attention to detail. You need to demonstrate a pragmatic approach to problem solving and be able to work under pressure. Experience of working within manufacturing support or product development engineering environment would be advantageous.
