About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our site management team and make an immediate impact. You will lead the site Quality Management System (QMS), drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in strengthening our quality culture.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and maintain the site QMS, including internal audits and SHEQ reporting.
  • Manage quality documentation and support other departments with compliance.
  • Drive the use of SPC, Gauge R&R, and Six Sigma tools to improve process capability and product consistency.
  • Identify and prioritise critical quality issues using data-led analysis.
  • Lead root cause investigations and ensure effective corrective actions.
  • Support packaging FMEA activities and manage quality issues with suppliers.
  • Analyse quality KPIs, manage customer complaints, and chair regular review meetings.
  • Ensure timely responses to quality cases including COAs, warranty claims, and traceability.
  • Champion continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
About You
  • Degree qualified in a scientific or technical discipline is desired.
  • Proven experience leading a QMS in a fast-paced manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Experience managing and developing team performance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Confident influencing stakeholders at all levels and driving culture change.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and self-motivated.
