About the role 
Salary Range £30,000-£40,000

Location: This role can be based across Europe in either the UK, Spain, Portugal, Benelux France, Sweden or Germany. 

The Enterprise Applications Support Analyst is responsible for delivering high-quality support for business-critical enterprise applications, with a primary focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. The role ensures system stability, optimal performance, and a seamless user experience across global business operations.
Acting as a key link between business users, IT teams, and external vendors, the analyst investigates and resolves application issues, supports business processes, and translates complex technical topics into clear and practical solutions for stakeholders.
This is a global remote position with occasional travel as required.

Key Responsibilities
•    Provide functional and application support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and user assistance.
•    Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve system reliability and user experience.
•    Support core Oracle Fusion business processes across areas such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or other relevant modules.
•    Manage and prioritize support requests, ensuring adherence to service levels and business expectations.
•    Collaborate with business users, business analysts, technical teams, and third-party vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
•    Participate in testing, change management, and release activities related to Oracle Fusion updates and new functionality.
•    Maintain knowledge articles, support documentation, and operational procedures to promote efficient issue resolution.
•    Support integrations and cross-functional processes involving Oracle Fusion and other enterprise applications, including Freshservice and JIRA.
•    Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Global IT function and help drive best practices for application support. 

About you 
•    1+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud as an implementer, consultant, or support team member.. 
•    Fluent in written and spoken English 
•    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels 
•    Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues. 
•    Highly visible with a positive attitude and focus on customer service 
•    Excellent ability to manage multiple competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements 
•    Ability to quickly grasp and explain technological and business concepts 
•    Result-driven mindset: drive & energy to perform and deliver excellent results 
•    ITIL knowledge is beneficial 
•    Knowledge of SQL, OIC or BI Publisher is advantageous but not required
