Domino Knowledge - How to Bookmark Content

Description

Bookmarks are a great way to locate commonly used articles which can be organised into folders for quick, future reference. Bookmarks will also show on your Domino Knowledge Homepage when you next login.

Step 1

Create Bookmarks

Create a Bookmark.png
  1. Find content you are interested in
  2. Click the bookmark icon (⭐)
  3. Select bookmark folder or create a new folder

Step 2

Share Bookmark Folders

  1. Navigate to My Files page
  2. Select Bookmarks tab
  3. Click share icon (🔗) next to folder you want to share
  4. Send link to colleague via preferred means

Step 3

View Shared Bookmarks

  1. Navigate to My Files page
  2. Select Subscriptions tab
  3. View your shared folders
