Incorrect ink cartridge type.

Check the printer's ink configuration and check the ink cartridge:

• Checking the ink configuration
• Checking the ink cartridge

If the cartridge is the wrong type and ink from the cartridge has entered the printer's ink system, switch off the printer immediately and contact your local support office:

If the cartridge is the wrong type and ink from the cartridge has not entered the printer's ink system, replace the cartridge with a cartridge that matches the printer's configuration:

Incorrect ITM type.

Check the printer's ITM configuration and check the ITM type:
