CAUSE	REMEDY
The operator has cleaned the print head whilst the printer is running. This has caused excess solvent to enter the gutter causing it to stall.	The printer will self recover from this fault. Follow the correct print head cleaning procedure: How to Clean an i-Pulse Print Head How to Clean an i-Pulse2 Print Head How to Clean an i-Pulse Duo Print Head How to Clean an i-Pulse RS Print Head
The gutter has stalled.	Restart the printer following the correct procedure: How to Shut Down a Printer How to Start-up a Printer If the fault reoccurs, switch off the printer and contact the local support office.
