Using the cost-effective Domino Ax-Series printers, print alpha-numeric numbering sequences. For barcode and 2D code printing, use the Domino Bitjet++ with versatile solvent ink that keys into the cards surface and cannot be easily removed. For the highest print quality, or where smaller printed barcode and 2D codes are required or for printing monochrome photographs and graphics, consider the Domino K600i printer including UV-curable ink options. The Domino K600i and K150 both represent excellent higher speed, lower operating cost alternatives to thermal transfer printing. Each printing solution can normally be integrated within existing card or sheet-fed handling solution or supplied as a stand alone personalisation system.
The Domino Editor GT controller can format both supplied data files or create the required numbering sequences, including simple sequential, to incorporating check digits or configured for cut-and-stack output. It can also be configured for read, lookup and print applications where magnetic strip or OCR reading of an embossed card can be used to look up and print matching personalisation. Alternatively, the Domino Editor RIP can convert and print multiple page pdf files or IPDS data streams for more complex layout requirements. The standard print confirm signal, as well as an optional integrated vision system for full verification, make the Domino solutions some of the most secure in the industry.
