Domino’s thermal transfer overprinting solutions is a popular choice for applying codes and product data to bags. With our latest printers, such as the V230i, set-up and changeover are quick and easy, allowing you to switch between products with ease and with confidence that label codes are accurate and clear. On high-speed packing lines, with a variety of products being packaged, it’s good to know that the printers can keep pace with demanding production schedules, whether packing individual portions or larger amounts.

Packing by HFFS or VFFS is supported, and bags can be cooled or frozen after printing. The V230i is very low maintenance, and its highly efficient, low-cost ribbon usage means that the cost of ownership is surprisingly low. Printing can be direct to packaging, or onto a label, and a number of lines can be printed for vital (and variable) details such as source and pack weight, as well as QR codes, barcodes, and traceability data.

Our Automation and Integration Services help make the coding process safer and prevent errors from happening.

Domino Automation and Designer, our software tools for centralised label management and automated deployment, are designed to boost your production efficiency: streamline operations and minimise waste.

Using Domino Automation you can create messages centrally and automatically pass them down to all Domino printers on your production.

  • Design and manage labels at a single location: our intuitive label design system enables using a universal interface, keeping training needs at a minimum.
  • Easily manage users and their permissions: security features like Active Directory Integration enable using your existing IT network, and simplify user management.
  • Full audit trail for the management of production changes: version control provides the ability for approval and roll-back procedures.
