Domino’s latest CSR Report highlights progress across key areas, including environmental performance, people, society, and customers.

Domino Printing Sciences (Domino) has published its FY 2025 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report, highlighting measurable progress across environmental performance, responsible business practices, people development, and customer support. The report demonstrates how Domino is embedding sustainability across its operations while helping customers achieve their own environmental and business goals.

The report details progress across four core areas:

  • Environmental: reducing emissions, increasing renewable energy use, and improving circularity.
  • People: creating an inclusive culture that develops talent, supports wellbeing, and invests in future leaders.
  • Society: supporting local communities and delivering positive social impact.
  • Customers: helping organisations meet productivity and sustainability objectives through innovative coding and marking and digital printing solutions.

The report outlines how Domino continues to develop more sustainable solutions that help customers reduce waste, improve manufacturing efficiency, minimise material consumption, and support their own sustainability targets.

“Sustainability is increasingly becoming a business requirement for manufacturers around the world. Our FY 2025 results demonstrate that meaningful environmental and social progress and strong business performance can go hand in hand,” says Jessica Büttner, Group CSR Director at Domino. “We’re committed to making measurable progress year after year – through reducing emissions, improving circularity, strengthening responsible sourcing, and supporting customers in achieving their own sustainability goals. As a business, we remain focused on delivering sustainable solutions that support our customers, while respecting the environment and communities in which we operate, and creating a workplace where people can develop and contribute to our long-term success.”

Domino’s CSR Report highlights the progress the business has made across key areas, including environmental performance, people, society, and customers.

Key highlights from the FY 2025 report include:

  • Increased solar energy generation to 70% as more Domino facilities switched to 100% renewable electricity.
  • Reached a 95.3% internal recycling rate, minimising waste and maximising resource recovery.
  • Increased packaging sustainability, with 96% of customer packaging now recyclable and incorporating up to 75% recycled materials.

These achievements support Domino’s aim to achieve carbon neutrality across Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030 and net-zero emissions by 2050.

Beyond its environmental achievements, Domino’s report highlights progress across its people-, society-, and customer-related CSR goals.

  • Increased female representation in the workplace, with women accounting for 10% more new hires and 2% more senior leadership positions.
  • Reduced the UK gender pay gap by 5.6%.
  • Strengthened responsible business practices, with 95% of inventory spend covered by fully compliant suppliers.
  • Expanded sustainable procurement capabilities, with 85% of employees in the global supply chain team completing sustainable procurement training.
  • Increased Global Net Promoter Score from 82 to 85 and maintained a high Customer Effort Score of 4.6 out of 5.

Büttner added: “Transparent CSR reporting allows us to have honest conversations with our customers, not just about the positive impact that we are having, but also the work that we still need to do. It also helps us support customers in achieving their own sustainability ambitions. This year’s results show positive progress against our current goals, while our strong customer satisfaction scores show that we continue to deliver value and remain easy to do business with.”

“Sustainability remains an integral part of how we operate as a business and how we create value for our customers,” says Robert Pulford, CEO of Domino. “The progress highlighted in this report reflects our commitment to our global network of experts and demonstrates that long-term business success and responsible environmental management go hand in hand. The progress highlighted in this report reflects the commitment of our people worldwide and the work we’ve done to build an inclusive, high-performing organisation that can support sustainable growth for both customers and communities.”

Domino’s CSR Report follows Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, an internationally recognised framework that helps customers understand how Domino’s environmental performance compares to its industry peers. The report provides insight into how Domino is reducing its environmental impact and supporting customers to reduce their carbon footprint.

Looking ahead, Domino will continue to advance its carbon-reduction roadmap, expand its renewable energy use, enhance its circular product and packaging initiatives, and work closely with suppliers and customer to reduce emissions across the value chain.
