Ink build-up on the charge electrode.	Clean the printhead: i-Pulse Printhead Cleaning i-Pulse2 Printhead Cleaning i-Pulse Duo Printhead Cleaning i-Pulse RS Printhead Cleaning
Incorrect ink jet alignment.	Check the ink jet alignment: i-Pulse Ink Jet Alignment Check i-Pulse2 Ink Jet Alignment Check i-Pulse Duo Ink Jet Alignment Check i-Pulse RS Ink Jet Alignment Check Contact your local support office if the ink jet is misaligned.
Phase detector, or charge electrode fault.	Contact your local support office.
