CAUSE	REMEDY
Incorrect shutdown procedure.	Clean the printhead, clean the gutter and do the nozzle unblocking wizard: How to clean an i-Pulse printhead How to clean an i-Pulse2 printhead How to clean an i-Pulse Duo printhead How to clean an i-Pulse RS printhead How to clean the gutter How to do the nozzle unblocking wizard In future, let the printer flush the gutter during the shutdown process. If you do not let the printer flush the gutter, ink can dry inside the nozzle and gutter. This can cause a blockage.
