Our range of SafeGuard products offer extended warranty on parts and labour that will help to ensure optimal performance of your printer well beyond the standard factory warranty, safeguarding your production OEE. For all our i-Techx products, such as the Ax-Series, SafeGuard is further enhanced with Domino Cloud, which enables your Domino printer to be monitored remotely, allowing proactive issue identification and diagnostics; all in the effort to help reduce costly downtime. We offer flexible and predictable payment instalments such as quarterly, annual, or upfront payments in contracts of three, five, or seven years to match your budget requirements. For existing non i-Tech and i-Techx printers, Domino still offers TotalCare Plus service and support. This includes preventative maintenance visits, breakdown recovery, technical helpdesk support, and replacement parts.
With remote monitoring, Domino’s team of experts will be able to detect problems long before they affect your production line. It’s like having an expert always on hand.
Additionally, the Domino Helpdesk can diagnose and solve issues before a fault occurs, often without the need to attend the site. Via weekly customer reports you will be able to review OEE calculations for your printer, giving you useful information on the equipment’s performance.
If one of our engineers needs to visit your site, they will be covered by your extended warranty and will arrive well prepared, with the necessary parts for repair. It’s all designed to ensure maximum efficiency.
