Job Title: DP Applications & Performance Specialist
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 (based on qualifications)
Position Summary
This position is responsible for improving the customer outcomes when using our N series equipment. This role will develop and understanding of the factors that limit performance and work with central teams to either eliminate them or mitigate the impact on the customer.

Main Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Collaboration with our customers technical teams, Domino service specialists, global support teams, R&D and the customer key account manager
- Understand and document key operational parameters, performance issues and customer escalations
- Share insights and best practice with service and customer teams
- Facilitate information flow from the customer to the Group design team and back to the customer ensuring integrity along the chain
- Ensure that customer escalation issues get the required attention within the wider Domino team
- Travel to customer facilities to capture the information and support performance investigations
- Create a systematic and structured customer application database for a specific customer
- Identify the uniqueness, performance limitations and challenges pertaining to the applications and develop and improvement plans with Group teams
- Work with the customer to eliminate repeat issues and reduce the level 2 escalations by 25%
- Align stakeholders and build relationships

What You Need
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in field service, applications engineering, or customer support required
- Frequent travel experience required
- Valid Driver’s License required
Skills & Knowledge
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Able to work with different levels of employees/customers
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel; PowerPoint and Word
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and ask for help when necessary
Physical Demands
- Medium work. Medium work involves exserting no more than 50 pounds of force at a time, with frequent exertion of objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Pushing, pulling, stooping, reaching, gross/fine manipulation, driving, kneeling, crawling, and climbing may be required. Physical demand requirements are more than those for Light Work.

- Chemical hazards - solvents, adhesives, paints, toxic dusts, among other potentially toxic fumes or acids
- Ergonomic risk factors - repetitive actions, such as heavy lifting or the use of tools with significant vibration
